      Probably not!

      I don’t work with animals Lily. Sometimes I’m interested in bacteria, but they are not strictly animals. The smokiness of some of the soils that burn in tropical forests can be influenced by the bacteria that lives in the soil. I’m about to go to Borneo to dig up some of the soil and look for the bacteria.

      Hopefully some of the work that I do will help save some animals. If we can make people realise the importance of keeping tropical rainforests, rather than chopping them down for agriculture, we might be able to save some of the most endangered animal species on the planet.
