      Aight so here’s the thing:

I’m already doing research on humans.

There’s a lot of different ways to do “research”. We do some research on animals so that we can really look at brain cells and how the biology of the brain is up-close, and we can also do psychology research on humans, and do things like record their brain waves from outside of their head! (I’m doing this kind of research these days) This way we can kind of see what’s really happening in human brains (instead of animals), but we also can’t look really close into human brains to see how it works (because they don’t let us cut into human brains)

Am I going to start putting a window into a human’s head and looking at their brain with a microscope? No, of course not. By using all the different types of research we have, we can start to get a picture of what’s ACTUALLY happening in the human brain.
